My Victoria's Secret PINK Bucket List!

Today's post will be a little different. Yes it will stick with the current theme of what I want to own someday, but this time it is from a clothing store: PINK. This means I have less time to buy these things. This also means that I'm less likely to actually buy these things, but I'm still going to do a post about it. My MAC Bucket List!

I LOVE to window shop. And I love to window shop ONLINE! I love the feeling of seeing new products that I can see myself having. I don't always need to buy it, and sometimes I can't afford it. So I've decided to show you guys what I want but can't have...yet. These are the items that I will buy one day, but I can't just yet. 

Today, I am going to talk about MAC. As you guys know, this is a high-end makeup line that EVERYBODY raves about. Well, everybody but me. I have never owned anything from MAC and I want to change that. I can afford their things now, but I would like to save this money for spending money when I go back to school. I will only be purchasing anything from MAC when I have enough money to do both. But without further ado, here is my MAC Bucket List.

Hidden Talents #2: Blushes/Bronzers as EYESHADOWS!

Hello beauties!
Another hidden talents post. This time I'm reviewing my favorite blushes and bronzers and how I use them.

I obviously use other blushes to actually apply on my cheeks but these I find make really pretty colors for the eyes.


The first pallet is from the Love & Beauty collection from Forever21. It is a blush set. There is a pretty pink, and a shimmery brownish/pinky color. These are beautiful with brown and purple eyeshadows.

The next pallet I actually do not like for what it is. It is the Elf "Golden Bronzer" pallet. I don't think there is enough color to show up on your face. There IS build-a-ble color for your eyes though. All the colors are nice and shimmery and are perfect inner corner highlighters. Also if you blend a little bit in the middle of the eye, it makes it look rounder and fuller.

PRODUCTS THAT SHOCK ME: #1 Wet and Wild Eyeshadow Pallet

Hello beauties!
Today I am going to talk about a pallet that shocked me. This series I will talk about items that I thought were going to be so/so and ended up being way better. This pallet was given to me by a friend for christmas. I wasn't too sure about the colors, thinking they were too bright, but I decided to keep it anyways. One night I was playing around with makeup and found out that these colors are really beautiful, highly pigmented, and super wearable. They weren't too bright and I love them. Here are some pictures to look at.

(The picture has bad lighting, I promise that they are way more pigmented than you see here).

My Lipstick Collection! Revlon, Rimmel and MORE!

I'm going to show you my lipstick collection. I don't have much to say about them individually so I'll give the title, company, and swatch. In general I love all of the formulations of these lipsticks. Some of the colors don't really flatter me in my opinion but I'll show them anyways!

These next two are very similar in color when they are on the lips. This one is called Temptress

Finally, this is a Lipstick by ELF called Nearly Nude

Hidden Talents! A Different Way to Use Maybelline's Clear Mascara

Hello beauties!
Today I am going to talk about a different, unpopular way to use Maybelline's Clear Mascara. I don't know if I will do more of these "Hidden Talents" but if I come across any more, I'll do a segment on them!


Quickly, I'll just explain how I came across this product. When I first used the mascara as brow gel like many other gurus have done and raved about, the skin around my eyebrows would break out. This would happen almost every single time I tried to use the gel. I gave up on the product and decided that I could just apply more make up if I ever needed to instead of worrying about it lasting all day anyways. I was very disappointed with the product as I had spent money on it and I had so much of the product left.

I remembered that a YouTuber had once said they also use it to tame fly-a-ways  I decided to try this as I would try to get a use out of the product. And what do you know? It worked! I would say this gel works better than hairspray when it comes to taming my baby hairs. I just use some with the wand and come it through my hair. Now this doesn't last ALL day, but I am impressed with how long it does last.

Now that my skin care routine has changed a bit, I have decided to try the gel in my eyebrows again. I have given it a few tries and haven't broken out since! So now I have two GREAT uses for it. I will certainly repurchase this product as I love it so much. 

Lesson learned, always give products a second chance because it might surprise you. 

If I come across anymore great surprises I will let you know and it'll be a mini series called "Hidden Talents"

CLOTHING HAUL! July 2013 Forever 21, PacSun + MORE!

Today I'm going to share what I got in my collective clothing haul! I bought things from Forever 21, PacSun, and Aeropostale.

I bought all of these items with my own money and all opinions are my own. I did get my employee discount on Aeropostale clothing. I ♥ Drugstore TAG!

Hello Beauties!
I'm going to do the I ♥ Drugstore Tag as the title says. 
So here we go!

1.) Favorite brand: I would say it is a tie between Revlon and Maybelline. I love many of their products!
2.) Favorite face, cheek, lip products. Face: Rimmel Stay Matte powder, Cheek: ELF Golden Bronzer, Lip: Loreal Color Riche lipsticks.
3.) Least favorite product: Maybelline Dream Bouncy blush
4.) Makeup bargain: All ELF products. They are all $1-$3 dollars and they work better than they are worth.
5.) Underdog product: Maybelline eye shadow pallet Modern Metallics: Sunlit Bronze
6.) Overpriced: Covergirl
7.)Drugstore Dupes: I don't have any, because I don't have any high end products.
8.) Not worth the hype: I know the hype is over but Maybelline's Plush mascara.
